We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Chief Commercial Officer with a hands-on approach to Sales and Sales Management, to lead and execute our commercial initiatives as we scale from a Local Player to a Global Challenger in the field of Sales Enablement!

Your customers will be successful mid-to-large enterprises, with a goal to take their sales execution to the next level! Representing Prezentor and our platform’s capabilities, you will lead by example, and build a rapport of trust and efficiency with the customers. Your ability to execute commercial excellence both in thought and action will be crucial to help the customers see the value and make the right decision (and ask where to sign!) You will act as the customer’s trusted advisor because that is the status that we help them achieve. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • As part of the management team, and with reference to the CEO, you will be in charge of the overall commercial activities in Denmark as well as internationally.

  • You are on the floor together with your team, selling and creating value for our customers. You will execute on your own sales targets and support your team in reaching theirs.

  • You will drive the commercial development with a focus on scalability and growth, with the responsibility for reaching targets and growing our ARR.

  • You are driven and motivated by sales, customer needs, and by taking the lead.

  • You communicate and navigate effectively with all relevant stakeholders internally as well as externally, and possess the ability to create long-term relationships.

  • You live and breathe commercial excellence and have successfully navigated between different sales channels and verticals in the past.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, build and lead a world-class international team of Expansion Strategists and Sales Executives.

 

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales leadership and experience in complex software sales (towards the financial sector is a plus.)

  • You are accustomed to enterprise sales and selling to executive/C-level using a consultative approach, and you have operated with a holistic perspective on your Sales Organization or had a C-level position in an SMB/startup before.

  • The ideal CCO candidate does not have blinders on and has experience with the inter-connectivity of Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Top Management (preferably SaaS.)

  • Building Sales teams: You have led or been part of the scaling of a Sales Organization. This includes both having an eye for talent in the recruitment processes, as well as nurturing and growing Sales Reps on the team.

  • Analytical: You are not afraid of firing up your Excel sheets to forecast next quarter's targets, assess market opportunities in a data-driven manner, and evaluate team performance and marketing ROI.

  • Higher education in a relevant field Business/Finance/Marketing.

  • Experience from working with ABM and vertical strategy.

  • Verbal and written fluency in English is a must, Danish and other Scandinavian /Northern European languages are an asset.

  • A natural communicator who finds it easy to communicate complex things in an easy manner.
