The construction industry accounts for a large part of the world’s CO2 emission. Therefore, sustainable construction is an essential part of the solution to the climate crisis. Frame has developed a unique IT-platform, used in construction projects to manage, design, and document sustainability.

The platform will be an important contribution to disseminate the Danish knowledge of sustainability to other countries, as the climate crisis must be solved internationally. Yes, we are ambitious – and we expect you to be ambitious too.

We experience an increasing demand and therefore need a strong Lead Java Developer.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer, you refer directly to our CTO. Your main responsibilities will be:

• programming of core functionality in our platform

• management of programmers in DK and abroad

• selection and hiring of programmers for the team in collaboration with the CTO

• quality assurance of the system when performing code review, merges, and deployment

• operation and updating of the server setup

• are good at leading a team, responsible, and good at making independent decisions

• are good at being a leader, but still writes code yourself and master it in detail

• are good at Danish in speech and writing (- an advantage, not a requirement)

• want to lead the Frame platform safely through continuous improvements and implementation of advanced features that ensure sustainability in construction both in Denmark and internationally
