We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Engineering Manager to lead our full-stack development teams. The ideal candidate is passionate to impact faster delivery through confidence in high software quality. You will take ownership of setting the direction for our engineering teams and report to the Head of Engineering. Our teams are each in charge of their product and guided by product objectives.

What YOU will do:
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to set goals and expectations and support the team in succeeding.
Empower the team members by trusting them with tasks and projects according to their expertise and ambitions.
Ensure a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing through available and useful documentation and workshops.
Support recruiting of new employees and onboard new colleagues to the teams.
Design and monitor suitable processes for your team to support an efficient software development process.
Work in close collaboration with HR, recruitment and Department Heads on individual development and speak on behalf of the team on general team well-being.
