We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure that our translation services meet all necessary client’s requirements and our company’s standards.
The QA Coordinator is the liaison between clients, translators and internal staff in the complaint/quality assurance processes who can successfully manage feedback and complaints to increase quality and overall improvement of the different steps in the translation projects.
The QA Coordinator is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. They must fully understand the requirements and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as with our linguists.
The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our services are capable of driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively manage our translation quality processes
Work closely with the PMs/VMs coordinating the entire cycle of the complaint management, making sure the schedule is realistic allowing sufficient time for all steps involved in the process
Develop and maintain a quality plan in accordance with client requirements
Monitor client and internal review results and follow-up with suppliers on projects where quality expectations are not met
Take on sourcing and recruitment projects to find suitable translators to meet client needs.
Skills that make you a good fit for this role:
Great command of English - Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage
Experience interacting with different executive levels, both internally and externally
Knowledge of main CAT and QA check tools is an advantage
Knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis principles
A commercial mindset with great negotiation skills. You are able to balance customer/supplier interests with our company’s commercial goals
Willingness to constantly analyze the way we do things –to challenge the conventional wisdom and seek new ways to gain incremental improvements
Strong management and decision-making skills are a must
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment
