The job

As a Program and Operations Assistant for the Rainmaking team across Denmark and the UK, your main focus will be to support the Europe COO in setting up and executing operations for the region as well as project coordination and assistance on key live programs. You will assist with and learn about project management, operations and how to deliver great programs, for example on a project focused on the SDG's and sustainability. You will also assist with relevant administrative tasks, that are the backbone of any business' operations strategy. This is a great role for someone to get deep exposure and hands-on experience on how to run a company. You will contribute to set up & improve some of the key processes and tools we will rely on for our growth. A successful person in this role will be proactive, hands-on, organized, with strong follow-through and excited by the breadth of the topics and getting stuck in.

This can be a part-time role for a Student Assistant for 2-3 days a week, but we are also open to potential full-time candidates.
