DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a brilliant Office Manager to help us make Founders HQ the best place possible to build great companies.
The role is a versatile one. You will be responsible for promoting a thriving office culture and positive experience for everyone - from maintaining clean and organised spaces and clear communication to evaluating how we best use our workspace. You will be at the heart of the Founders community: onboarding new people, organising events and generally creating an optimal environment for people to do their best work.

You are passionate about continuously improving the physical and cultural office environment, by having an eye for both the small details and the big picture.
You have a sense for beautiful spaces and office experiences
You understand the impact physical space has on people and want to create a great impression for everyone entering the office. You have an eye for aesthetics, functionality of the interior and the management of space, combined with the ability to take initiative and implement improvements.
You are a confident office manager, ready for added responsibilities
You have solid experience with office management and running office operations smoothly comes naturally to you. You are perhaps currently in a service/administrative position but looking to take the next step of getting more budget responsibility, decision making freedom and autonomy.
You enjoy both hands-on practical tasks (such as making sure we have necessary office supplies, planning and setting up for events, solving practical issues at the the office from printers to teacups, constantly coordinating with several persons) as well as the higher level tasks of running the office (such as working toward the office vision, creating best practises, improving processes and initiatives around creating good culture).
You will manage a part-time office assistant and report to our CFO. You will also collaborate with our finance assistant, as well as our brand and community manager on certain tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Solid experience in office management/hospitality / or similar
Prepared to get your hands dirty while also keeping the big picture in mind
You’re an outgoing and natural communicator both in person and through online channels like Slack
Strong service-orientation
Highly-organized, structured and detail-oriented
Great attitude, personal drive, a proactive doer and problem solver with the ability to prioritise and work independently
Highly proficient with Google Suite tools like docs, sheets, drive and gmail
Fluent in English and at least intermediate level of Danish (our work language is English, but you’ll need to be able to understand, speak and write Danish with craftsmen, suppliers etc.)
