Operations Specialist

We are looking for an operations specialist to join our system team in Copenhagen, working closely with our agile development and clinical operations team managing our continuous delivery pipeline and customer deployments, providing software as a medical device to automate brain MRI workflows in radiology.

We are a 3 year old deeptech startup in the digital health space with global ambition to improve health and well-being.

We automate MRI diagnostic imaging examinations focusing on improving clinical workflow, faster scans producing right data, triage acute patients to focus on the right patients, and improve accuracy and confidence to make the right decision.

At Cerebriu we give you the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI solutions transforming radiology. You’ll be working with a diverse multi-discipline team of approx. 30 people of which about half are full-time, ranging from machine learning experts, computer scientists and engineers, medical consultants and clinical researchers, and a few other fantastic backgrounds.

You have a master’s degree in computer software engineering or computer science or equivalent field experience with an interest in medical imaging and healthcare technology making an impact and are motivated to combine layout aesthetics and a rigor of programming.

 

What we need

You will be working on tasks like:

  • Deploy our advanced AI / medical image processing software.

  • Build deployment automation and monitoring for on-prem and/or cloud deployment.

  • Support our agile delivery pipeline tooling and basic IT infrastructure.


What we expect

Experience with:

  • A MSc degree in Informatics Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Linux installations and configurations, Windows & PowerShell, Python, Bash and Docker.

  • Experience with cloud deployment.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • On-prem deployment and configuration in clinical environment.

  • Self-managing: ability to manage own time and priorities.

  • Based in Copenhagen, Denmark.


Nice to have

Experience with or basic knowledge about

  • Integration to hospital systems (HL7 FHIR, DICOM, etc.)

  • Familiarity with SQL (especially modern versions of PostgreSQL) or mongoDB.

  • Containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS
