Junior Growth Hacker - Student Assistant

We are headquartered in the heart of Copenhagen, and have the three largest VCs in DK as investors, together with several private investors. 

Is it you we are missing?

We are continuing our expansion, both here at home in Denmark and abroad. We are looking for an individual who wants to dive into data sets to help us optimise our sales processes. You will work closely with our growth manager to ensure our sales team is working as efficiently as possible. Along with the Growth Manager, you will be the fuel feeding the ‘sales machine’. 

If you are passionate about figuring out the complex puzzle of how a sales team can perform to the highest level utilising clean data, are solution-oriented and would like to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

Outcome for the next 12 months

• Make sure we have the most accurate data on our potential customers

• Help the sales team be as efficient as possible

• Contribute to one of the Proper’s main commercial focus areas

• Get to know your new colleagues, share some laughs and after work beers

Competencies

We are firm believers that past experience does not determine future success. We also recognise that getting to know you, your beliefs and traits is far more valuable than what is on your CV. So whilst the below are some broad competencies we look for, we also recognise that people are complex and never fit into pre-determined categories

• You are competitive (with yourself) and results oriented.

• You have a close eye for details

• You strive to improve the processes that you’re in charge of

• You are comfortable working with Excel sheets, numbers and large data sets

• Fluent in Danish and comfortable speaking English (some of your colleagues are ikke godt with Dansk).

• We expect the position to be 15-20 hours per week.

Tasks

• Enrich our existing data on potential customers - finding phone numbers, email addresses, social profiles, etc.

• Finding additional contact information when it is incorrect

• Help with other data extraction, processing and enrichment activities
