Non-adherence to treatment regimens is a multidimensional problem for the individual patient and a massive growing challenge for the global health care systems. Navigating in taking medication, following a diet, and/or executing lifestyle changes so it corresponds with taking medication, following a diet, and/or executing lifestyle changes, so it corresponds with recommendations from a health care provider is often too complex for the patients to manage.

At Relabee we realize that improving the life and treatments of chronically ill patients requires an adjoining and more holistic approach. We believe that there is a huge potential in activating the patient’s nearby network and relatives.

We want to develop a global solution that can truly have an impact on the users’ quality of life – of course the patient, but also the relatives.

Relabee has worked on this concept for some time and is now ready to condense our experiences into a new solution focusing on relatives to patients with diabetes. First step will be to specify and test solution in a clinical setting and to further develop the business model.

The job role

We are looking for a self-driven individual to join us as a CEO & Co-founder for our venture.

You have a solid understanding of the commercial part of the value chain in pharma and ideally a network within the healthcare sector with a background partly from a managerial role in the pharmaceutical/medtech industry and/or partly from a business development role in an emerging start-up or consultancy company.

You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit: you will be the key driver in polishing the business plan, setting up your team, specifying the product and the plan for clinical evaluation in collaboration with the ideal partners. You will be supported by a strong board of directors and facilitated by the board and the Impact advisory Board and the KRING team with hands-on administration support and co-development experience. This will give you access to experience, networks and insights not commonly available to normal startups.

You are hungry and gutsy enough to roll up your sleeves and pursue the massive societal challenges and opportunities facing us.

Relabee is hosted at and founded by KRING - a venture studio & innovation consultancy who partner with incredible entrepreneurs & corporates to create solutions that have a positive impact on society and the planet. The practical details

Timeline — There’s no official application deadline or start date, so reach out today. We do target at start date around Sept 1st, 2021.

Location — We are open to building with talent from around the world but founders must be willing to be in Copenhagen for at least a 3 months validation phase.
