About Moonboon

 Moonboon produces and sells high-quality Danish-designed and organic baby products. We are on a rapid growth journey and have recently transitioned from a startup to a company with an impressive eight-digit yearly revenue within the past year. We have recently expanded into retail stores in Denmark and Germany and are now looking into capturing the rest of Europe. As we are in a thriving period of growth, we are now in need of a strong International sales manager that can take full responsibility for establishing Moonboon in new markets and scaling the business even further.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the responsibility for developing and expanding our B2B sales in Europe and the rest of the world. We are looking for someone who is motivated and gets a “kick” out of building relations and business from a clean canvas. The role has a high degree of autonomy and flexibility where you will have the opportunity to create a lasting impact on the organization.

 

Duties & responsibilities

 

-          Identify new markets and strategizing on our B2B sales strategy

-          Present, promote and sell Moonboon products in existing and new markets

-          Carry out sales activities and negotiations

-          Maintaining customer relationships

-          Managing the B2B sales platform

-          Creating synergies between our B2B and B2C presence

-          Elaborate on your own sales budget, goals, and customer collaboration agreements

 

 

Desired Experience

 

-          Proven experience with identifying and attracting ideal distributions partners

-          Developing and managing exciting international trade relations

-          Experienced within B2B sales (Bonus points for the baby product industry)

-          Professional level of English - second language is a bonus. Danish is not required

-          Is comfortable with 10 - 30 traveling days per year
