Donkey Republic is looking for a qualified Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing team and help expand our business through strong content that tells a story. 

We are on a mission to make cities more liveable, one bike ride at a time. We are 14,000 bicycles large in 60 towns across Europe, small and large, having served +1 million customers - which we call Riders. Our aim is to bring convenient and affordable bike share to all cities around the world.

As our new Content Specialist at Donkey Republic, you will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content across our platforms to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise awareness and monitoring traffic and metrics to identify best practices.  

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Specialist, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. 

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

About the tasks:

• Manage content projects for various campaigns

• Lead community building for our Donkey brand 

• Implement the content on the right platforms and making sure tracking and interlinking the content is in place

• Analyse and evaluate the content messaging and execution to ensure learning is implemented into future content

• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop and execute a content plan; Research, write, designate channels, publish and test your content according to the plan

• Create amazing organic content for web, SoMe, videos, and any other formats we believe will make a difference

• Create deals with various content partners and influencers for backlinking and improved SEO

• Control blog request from various writers

• Help build a strong brand through your storytelling

  
  

You are:

• Fluent in English (native preferred), and at least 1 other language (Danish, German, Dutch)

• You are an experienced and accomplished writer with a bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience

• Have the ability to manage several projects at once, used to managing projects, coordinating tasks, working to deadlines and delivering to KPIs

• You are a proactive and super creative person who can sell a brand within just a few lines
