Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a skilled Growth Product Manager to join our fast-growing team in the heart of Copenhagen. Preferably someone who is interested in gaming and esports. You will be in charge of acquiring new users onto GamerzClass and getting existing users to recommend and love our product even more.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will – together with our CMO and the rest of the growth team – use your growth hacking mindset to identify growth opportunities and bring them to life

• Own our customer acquisition strategy, driving increasing month-over-month growth by scaling our performance channels

• Build from the ground up a robust customer retention strategy

• You will design, execute and evaluate experiments on a weekly basis

• Establish scalable but flexible growth processes that increase execution efficiency and transparency

• You think holistically - on all levels of the funnel

• You are empathetic and great at communicating

• You are systematic in your way of working

• You have experience with performance optimization

• You have a proven track record and a solid experience of working with growth hacking

• You are comfortable with product development practices, such as customer research and working with software development and design
