We are backed by Founders and Vækstfonden and have big ambitions. And we are seeking a passionate Head of Marketing for a maternity cover to join our team fulltime in our office in Copenhagen. 

This is an opportunity to be part of the exciting scale-up phase of a company with big ambitions. You will be part of a growing team of 10 experienced and ambitious people based at Nomad Workspace, CPH N.

Your primary focus will be managing and driving the marketing activities supporting our growth ambitions – making sure we stay on time, execute content, push activities live and evaluate on them. This includes our Headlight Journal, newsletter, SoMe channels and paid activities. You will be improving our digital marketing efforts together with our CEO. You will analyze customers needs and wishes and create communication flows that meets them. You will be leading a team of 2 - our Digital Designer and Growth Hacker. 

You are passioned by good communication – both in terms of the strategic message and the wording of the copy. You are structured by heart and know how to prioritize projects when things are busy.

Your responsibilities

• Manage activities in the overall marketing plan

• Responsible for developing new content to support the overall strategy

• Managing the marketing team

• Copy writing

• Responsible for Headlight Journal and our SoMe channels

• Evaluate marketing activities together with the rest of the marketing team

Requirements

• You have experience with digital marketing, such as website, paid advertising, automation flows, SoMe and newsletters.

• You are analytical and think strategically

• You are used to manage and coordinate with internal and external partners

• You can write a copy yourself.

• You can plan and run your own projects

• You are fluent in Danish & English

• You should have 3-5 years of experience with digital marketing, but personality and track record are much more important than CV and education.
