ROLE B2B SALES - STUDENT ASSISTANT
TEAM GLOBAL SALES
HOURS PART TIME (15 - 25 HRS.)

The Sales team is an easy going group with a lot of diverse responsibilities. We are busy but always make time to help each other out if a teammate needs anything. We enjoy juggling many partners around the world and have a passion for sustainably growing our business by building new partnerships and growing existing ones.
As a student assistant in the Global Sales team, you will get front row tickets to a learning session about the world of consumer electronics. You’ll take responsibility for a broad range of tasks in our commercial B2B setup and work closely with both Sales and Channel Marketing to deliver on our overarching strategy for retail sales.
That means your daily life with us is going to look something like this:
Participate in the development of channel activities with key partners in alignment with our marketing strategy.
Participate in the implementation of specific channel marketing campaigns.
Participate in day to day channel operations in both local and international markets.
Process Sales orders and deliver invoices to our B2B customers.
Answer incoming inquiries and explore potential leads for future partners.
Assist the team with entering orders in Netsuite and manage forecasts.
Communicate on behalf of SOUNDBOKS with smaller clients.
Daily communication and follow-up with our retail partners globally
Depending on your own interests and plans for the future this role can develop in the direction of either Marketing or Sales over time.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and speak both English and German fluently.
You are well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite and known for your smooth communication skills.
You have experience from managing projects or have spent time in a role with a commercial focus.
You are a student with at least 1 year left of your education and wish to build a career in sales or marketing.
A down to earth can-do attitude that leaves you unafraid of working autonomously on projects.
A passion for audio experiences is a definite plus!
