We.Care provides easy and accessible therapy online. We are on a mission to revolutionize mental health care with the use of technology, and we need you to take charge of the technological track of that journey.

We are looking for an experienced hands-on CTO who can own and develop the technical solutions end-to-end. One who loves to code, make smart architectural decisions, build a team, and make a difference in the world. We are taking the first steps towards an in house development team, and it all starts with you. 

The primary solution is the We.Care platform which is a secure and encrypted solution that enables therapists and clients to book and have video consultations, written correspondences, keep track of the journal, consume video content, and a bunch of other really cool and useful features. 

About You

The ideal candidate can say yes to these

• Experience as CTO or experience in product development of scalable and preferably encrypted technology

• Direct experience with and passion for coding

• Solid experience with several languages, APIs and technologies

• Understanding of the importance of privacy by design and data security

• Experience with agile development processes and the ability to thrive in an ever changing and fast moving environment

• An international mindset

• A strong desire to work with mental health and a product that makes people feel better

• Manager for new developers and assist in the recruitment process of new developers

• You are responsible for our whole setup including architecture, security, maintenance & expansion

• You actively participate in contract negotiations with existing as well as new suppliers

• Technical SEO

• Solid experience in reinforcing data infrastructure

• Lead on implementing Machine Learning in our solution
