About the position

As Partner Manager you will be tasked to grow our partner network of passionated commercial service and- product partners. This requires a good understanding across the various verticals within the marketplace that you will be responsible for has the right amount of supply. You have strong negotiating and communication skills and are able to move vendors through the sales funnel.

You will be responsible for building strong ties between our partners and customers and making sure they are dressed to give an outstanding experience when customers quote there offerings.


Requirements and responsibilities

  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships and building relationships with the identified partners - ensuring to tailor the approach accordingly to best position Officeguru as a partner of choice.

  • Analyze partner performance & conduct business review meetings, providing insights to help them grow & succeed with Officeguru

  • Make data-driven decisions to balance supply & demand to ensure your business is aligned with the company strategy

  • Oversee execution of partner acquisition efforts to ensure we have coverage for all key services

  • Coordinate with our product teams to roll out new technology for our partners, along with provide recommendations as to how the company can improve the partner experience

  • Play an active role in ensuring partners are adhering to our clients expectations

  • Having a deep understanding of the competition and various verticals in the market

  • Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and continuing ownership for the relationship until the Customer & Partner Success team steps in.

  • Actively inputting on the local sales strategy that accelerates Officeguru market entry.

  • Ensuring there’s an optimal service & product selection in our marketplace to satisfy our customers.

  • Maintain relevant industry knowledge & provide expertise to our Growth team through educational initiatives, presentations, & written resources


Our expectations

  • Extensive sales experience within the service industry

  • Experience managing vendors/suppliers, highly preferred

  • You have an outgoing personality, where networking and building relationships are your second-nature

  • A natural ‘hunter’ with a hunger to build and create a partner portfolio that sets the Officeguru marketplace apart.

  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone that can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partners based on various parameters.

  • Excellent analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, or analyzing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs.

  • Fluent in danish and english
