We are not funded by VC's, we set our own agenda. We are extremely ambitious and we know the potential is huge. In the foreseeable future we want to scale our platform to other European countries.
About the position
The Chief Marketing Officer will report to the CEO and will play a vital leadership role in ensuring rapid and sustainable growth in demand to further drive sales growth. The Chief Marketing Officer will oversee our overall marketing strategy across all marketing initiatives, acquisition channels, and distribution channels.
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible of establishing her's or his own team.
The overall goal is to grow our revenue and brand awareness and when the time comes to expand our platform to other european countries. Qualified candidates will be experienced B2B marketing leaders from either the Marketplace or SaaS space, with a track record of executing successful marketing strategies creating high impact on revenue growth.
Requirements and responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with our customers, partners and teammates as the executive overseeing the leadership for all marketing deliverables
Proactively identify and develop longer-term marketing and communications strategies positioning Officeguru as the platform for all workplace management
Build, execute and maintain a scalable demand generation model to drive sales growth
Own the marketing funnel for our offerings. From top of the funnel to our already existing customers, your role is to increase demand generation, conversion and growth
With your team articulate compelling value propositions and messaging that drive adoption for Officeguru offerings in various market segments and geographical areas
Design and implement high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel, while hitting target metrics, Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) and marketing ROI
Work with our ambitious sales team to create the proper follow-up materials for our prospects and customers interested in Officeguru
Own the marketing and materials plan for each feature release. Drive both internal/external awareness and product adoption
6+ years professional experience preferably from B2B marketing in either the Marketplace or SaaS
Proven track record of success elevating the Marketing and impacting demand generation results
Problem-solver that is able to get to the root of a problem and confidently pursue solutions
Excellent management & hiring skills
