With this large intake of talented new team members, our TA team is working hard to provide a high quality recruitment process, to ensure we find the perfect fit - all while ensuring the candidate has a professional and positive experience. And they need your help!
As our new candidate experience specialist, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that all candidates in our hiring process, whether hired or not, leave with a positive and inspired impression of Lenus. You’ll form a part of an internal superstar recruiter team that is both expanding and creating the best recruitment processes from scratch - a journey you will play an important part of.
THE ROLE
Support our hiring managers with coordination of the recruitment process:
Inviting candidates for interviews
Meeting and greeting the candidates, making sure they get a warm and inviting welcome
Making sure the hiring managers have the information they need to conduct a great interview
Following up with hiring managers after each step to align next steps
Retrieving reference checks
Occasionally arranging travel and accommodation for candidates
Extending job offers and arrange relevant documents
Ensuring recruitment feedback is collected and reviewed, to ensure that we improve the experience on a continuous basis
Support the Talent Attraction team with various tasks:
Writing of job posts
Supporting candidate sourcing when needed
Evaluating and screening CVs
Maintaining our recruitment system, making the templates and workflows as smooth, personal, and efficient as possible
Contacting new employees and supporting the onboarding sessions
Supporting in obtaining the correct employment documents (passport, visa etc) required for each new employee
THE CANDIDATE
We are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive HR or recruitment experience; but rather someone who loves to provide candidates a great service and can manage many flows simultaneously without losing focus. Someone who;
Has excellent communications skills
Has a keen eye for service and enjoys being a great host
Works in a structured manner with fine attention to detail (we have many recruitments going on, and you need to be able to maintain focus and be efficient)
Has a KPI mindset - tracking data and analytics is key to our success and making processes even more efficient and effective!
Is a bit tech savvy - so you can stay on top of our system’s possibilities
Thrives in having many tasks at once and can keep a sharp overview
