We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract, recruit, and onboard the top talents for our company. In this role, you are responsible for positioning our company globally and helping us achieve our growth plans whilst preserving our culture. You will be identifying, recruiting and hiring a broad range of professionals with diverse backgrounds, from graduates to director level. The ideal candidate will have experience with talent acquisition and/or employer branding in a scale-up company. The role requires someone who is very structured yet unconventional thinking as well as people-oriented and strong at communicating. Talent acquisition strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support our business growth plans and align these with Executive Management.
Full recruitment cycle: Deploy inbound and outbound strategies to attract, identify, recruit and onboard ambitious and motivated talents for our offices in Copenhagen, San Francisco and Athens.
Manage job requisitions: Handle job requisitions by managing an effective interview process from formulating job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing.
Employer Branding: Position and actively manage our company brand towards job candidates and internal employees to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and diffuse internal best practices: Act as the go-to person to help educate and upskill hiring teams on interviewing and provide support and training to ensure that our team and potential candidates get the most from the recruitment process.
Onboard new employees: Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new employees are on-boarded successfully, and get a great first experience at Rokoko.
Preserve values and culture: You’ll lead on initiatives to continuously ensure diversity and inclusion in our hiring processes, to ensure fair and equal opportunities for all.
Min. 4 years relevant work experience with talent acquisition or in a related relevant role.
Min. 2 years of experience in tech growth companies preferably in scale-up phase.
Highly structured, yet flexible and open-minded to operate in a dynamic environment.
Proactive self starter who works independently and take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Strong drive and the ability to set goals and reach them.
Solid networking skills and ability to deploy both traditional and innovative talent acquisition methods.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Passionate about trends and development in tech and/or creative industries.
Eligible to work in the EU and willing to relocate to Copenhagen.
