We're already a team of 30 international people from 19 different countries and need to be around 60 people end of the year across 3 countries and 6 timezones.

Therefore, we're looking for a Content Manager who can elevate our content across all our channels.

You’ll be responsible for writing and implementing inspiring content across all our channels, to educate our prospects, customers and to illustrate how Tame makes a difference. You’ll take charge of all website copy, newsletters, PR/Media content, ebooks, SEO work and SoMe content, and work closely with your colleagues to produce engaging content - whether text, videos, animated explainers and graphics. Only your imagination will set the limits to the things you are going to work on.

Responsibilities

• You will work very closely with Senior Marketing Manager & Creative team

• You will develop content strategies from the ground up and test them in practice

• You will run keyword research and competitive analyses to find areas for organic growth.

• You will be responsible for our organic growth through our marketing channels

• You will lead content creation, writing copy yourself and coordinating other stakeholders in creating various forms of video content with the creative team

• You will lead content distribution on all Social Media Platforms & PR

• You will lead content translation/locations of website & content across markets 

• You will lead all internal & external content creation

• You will analyze search intent and optimize pages

• You will analyze performance of content and constantly seeking ways to improve it.

Requirements

Storytelling & Copywriting:

• You have copywriting and content creation experience working in the intersection of brand and marketing

• You're a great storyteller and you know how to write in a way that resonates with your audiences.

• Develop and execute a content strategy that will increase organic traffic from a relevant target audience.

Research, Grammar & Analysis:

• You are considered a grammar perfectionist who never have a comma out of place (even in your personal SoMe posts).

• You have a strong interest in the newest trends and channels that we can use to spread the word about Tame.

• You enjoy the process of working with others to take something from brainstorm idea to the first draft – to ultimately hitting the publish button.

• English language to a native level – with the highest standards of spelling and grammar.

SEO Experience:

• You have previous experience with SEO

• You can work with outreach link building and link value analysis

Overall:

• Eager to learn and push yourself to develop your skills.

• BONUS: You're fluent in Danish or Swedish in both speech and writing

• BONUS: You have previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, incl. SEO-tools such as Accuranker, Screaming Frog, SemRush and Ahrefs.
