We are growing fast and need to grow from 30 to 60 people end of this year.

Therefore, we're looking for a Financial Analyst who can elevate our entire Financial processes, Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting to a whole new level! You'll be working closely with our CEO, COO, Head of Sales and Head of Sales Operations.

We're already a team of 30 international people from 19 different countries and need to be around 60 people end of the year across 3 countries and 6 timezones.

Growing this aggressive requires a proactive and structured approach to Financials and you'll be managing our Financial overview, Budgets, Invoicing, Financial Plans, Book keeping and a) working closely with our Auditing firm, Deloitte on everything from Q1 reporting to Yearly Statements and b) preparing internal sales reports for revenue forecasts and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to our CEO & Management and managing all the financials

• Managing and reporting on all our costs, including preparing for our Auditing firm (gathering receipts and invoices and preparing documentation overview for audit firm for quarterly and yearly financial reports)

• Owning the reporting of our monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets & forecasts

• Owning the reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly complete cost breakdown

• Automating invoice send outs to all clients and follow up if needed

• Automating renewal processing to individual sales people of when to contact customers again

• Owning the entire sales reporting, used to keep track of pipeline and sales activity

• Monthly coordinating of salary run with audit firm, Deloitte

• Reporting on investment process & audit due diligence financial data requests.

• Participate in the optimisation of finance reporting across departments and entities through the implementation of BI solutions into our daily reporting.

Requirements

• You love numbers and Excel

• You are incredibly structured and have a strong Financial Background (ideally consulting, banking or other SaaS startups)

• Extremely passionate about numbers, calculations, and improving business strategy & processes based on quantitative findings

• You are experienced in financial modelling and analysis

• You are experienced in analysis and interpretation of operational data

• You are very detailed oriented and diligent in your daily work

• You are incredibly structured and have strong communication skills.

• Experience in previous Financial or Reporting roles is a plus.

• You are fluent in English in writing and speech
