Our small UX Research team is growing, and we are excited to open a Senior UX Researcher position. We are looking for an experienced researcher, who is ready to join us in the journey of establishing UX Research as a natural part of the design process.
This team's work revolves around involving our users on a regular basis when doing exploratory, strategic and tactical research, but also on developing design metrics to measure the user experience and the quality of our design, starting up a user panel, experimenting with Googles Happiness Tracking Survey (HaTS) and much more. In the UX Research team, nothing is set in stone. Our working approach is that of continuous learning–we're not afraid to make mistakes. There is no manual for the best way to utilise UX Research–let's discover it together.
Design, lead and conduct all sorts of research projects like interviews, surveys, think aloud tests, heat map tests etc.
