We’re looking for a tech savvy, service-minded and professional colleague who will be responsible for payment collections and the entire dunning process, where large parts of the flow is digital. • You have a robust personality with an ability to communicate directly and to the point

• You are genuinely interested in solving complex business issues in a professional and effective manner

• You can contribute to our journey of automating and optimizing the dunning flow

• You like optimising processes for positive customer and business impact

• You are good at establishing strong relations over the phone, chat or email 

• You have a good understanding of the different stakeholders and can adapt your tone of voice and approach accordingly

• You are a team player, comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties

• You have experience of dunning, collection and accounts receivable management

• You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and written

You will be

• Executing and optimising collection of outstanding debt through a firm but polite and professional manner

• A member of the Customer Support team but working closely with other internal functions such as finance as well as with our external credit insurance provider

• A key contributor with insights and ideas from your daily work to our journey of automating and doing dunning in a smarter and more effective way in the future

• Contributing to the development of our customer service team and how we create awesome experiences for our customers

• Managing our daily communication with partnering debt collection agencies and handing over cases

We get people paid by offering businesses immediate funding on their invoices, meaning they don’t need to wait a long time to get paid or chase their customers for payment. Our service is directly integrated into large existing accounting platforms. We are a small and experienced team with big ambitions. We have serious backing, solid partnerships and a clear plan.
