Our popular visual daily planning app helps people get the important things done and build routines that work for them by leveraging the fact that visual information is considerably more effective than written information.

Our app has been designed to be inclusive for people who are neurodivergent, including people with ADHD and/or autism, by supporting executive function challenges like planning, time management, memory and focus. As one user expresses, Tiimo is like “getting glasses for time blindness”. While it might sound simple, Tiimo has proven to be life changing for our more than 20,000 subscribers across the world. But we are just getting started!

We have developed Tiimo to be affordable and accessible for iOS and Android, for smartphones, tablets and smartwatches. We offer a 14-day free trial with a monthly or yearly subscription plan priced at €4 and €25.99 respectively which gives full access to our app and content. We are an ethical business who is 100% ad free and we don’t sell data.

What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a core focus on user behavior and product analytics for our subscription-app the position can be both part time or full time, we're mostly interested in the right person for the job. You will be working in the intersection of product development and business intelligence, and will have touchpoints with the leads of our marketing and product teams. We imagine you are studying or have a background in Computer/Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science or other data-analytical fields.

Responsibilities 

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data-based insights and developing reports, research and dashboards on user activity and behavior for our product team. Your main task will be to turn data into actionable insights that can help us improve the product, as well as activate, engage and retain users. You will also be involved in Business Intelligence by providing general support to business operations, touching upon commercial reporting.

• Gather activity levels and data from different product functions and translate them into actionable insights.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and/or suitable visualization on product behaviors and issues.

• Segment users into distinct groups, or segments, based on shared characteristics.

• Support data-driven decision making from A/B testing for product development.

• Design mission-critical dashboards for our business units using Posthog, Mixpanel etc.

  
  

Who you are 

• A background in (or studying) Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science or other data-analytical fields

• Resourceful problem solver and outstanding in interpersonal communications

• Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis...)

• Strong passion for data analysis.

• Logical thinking and multi-task capability.

• Familiar with product analytics tools preferred.

• It’s a plus if you know about core metrics and KPI’s driving user and revenue growth in mobile and web apps.
