We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven Project Marketing Lead with solid project management and communication skills to bring our product marketing activities to the next level.

The main focus of the role is to drive effective product marketing plans to communicate the features and benefits to potential and current users of Superb's Guest Experience Platform. The position is cross-functional, working with many teams, steering how we bring to life all the great things we are building at Superb.

You are fearless in experimenting with new approaches and optimising existing product marketing activities, including analysing customer data and feedback, sparring with Product Managers, and ensuring the best awareness, onboarding, engagement, and retention activities across the product portfolio. 

You will have full commercial product marketing ownership throughout the lifecycle of our product offering and all future launches.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Own Superb's Product Marketing prior to, during, and after the launch of new products/features.

  • Ensure consistency in product messaging across all communication platforms.

  • Building a solid product marketing launch methodology that incorporates competitor analysis, positioning, distribution, sales enablement, reviews and retention.

  • Prioritisation of communication; Help us define a vital product announcement vs something that isn't worth communicating. 

  • Build product messaging that sets our GXM platform and new product features apart from others in the market.

  • Build and execute a strategy for decreasing time-to-value with our customer base, including onboarding, product adoption, product updates etc. 

  • Build and help steer a strong feedback culture between feedback culture across all teams and with customers. Flagging when a product feature needs to be reworked or relaunched based on customer research, insights and performance marketing metrics.

  • Identifying potential strategic growth opportunities with product launches.

  • Building our product marketing team, with growth shaped around your needs, capabilities and performance.

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in product marketing, product management, and/or tech presales.

  • Native English with extraordinary written skills – you need to love writing to thrive in this role.

  • Preferable expertise from the tech industry (hardware and/or SaaS)

  • Excellent people skills; You'll be in contact with many people across the company every day, so you need to be comfortable with that.

  • You're a self-starter that can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment

  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, completing tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience building sales decks and creating watertight value propositions.

  • You enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks.

  • You're an outspoken, active listener and a leader by nature.

  • I love to learn, collaborate and have a growth mindset.
