We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager (Expansions & Renewals) to join our Account Management team to grow and retain our business in Sweden. You should have a proven track record in closing upsells with existing customers. You should know your way around technology and be able to manage your own customer portfolio and create great business relationships with them. Expand existing customers: you will help drive client revenues from existing customers by increasing retention rates and fostering upsells and expansions.
Ensuring net retention rates are above industry standards.
Work closely together with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive expansion opportunities.
Strategic approach to your customer portfolio: identify your key customers, author a plan for retaining and growing your most important customer relationships, map for potential expansions, track and report on KPIs and evaluate the health of your portfolio.
Use available data to analyse new creative ways that help Superb ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct business reviews to keep an account plan (and customer relationship) on track.
Communicate customer needs and demands to your colleagues in Customer Success, Product and Marketing .
Contribute to our team growth by creating playbooks, new content and processes for peers to use as winning strategies.
Keep records of client transactions in CRM tool.

The ideal candidate:
Language: Native Swedish and preferably fluent in either Danish or Norwegian
Proven track record of closing deals with B2B customers resulting in increased adoption, customer satisfaction, and contract value growth on both upsells and renewals.
Experience in pipeline and portfolio management.
Experience within the SaaS/digital space would be great.
