To strengthen our Brand & Marketing team, we are looking for a talented and creative Video lead to help us create engaging video content that increases our brand awareness, resonates with our customers and helps accelerate our growth. 

The ideal candidate knows how to spot and tell involving and emotional stories through your video. You have an aesthetic eye for capturing the extraordinary. You do quick and easy videos and tell aesthetic and longer stories through your craft - and you love doing both.

Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging videos for web, social and other media.

• Produce a broad range of video concepts such as brand awareness videos, customer stories, product videos, event videos, company culture, podcast recordings and community videos.

• Cut down longer format videos into shorter versions for SoMe & Ads.

• Filming and editing your material - you create videos from start to finished product.

• Collaborate with the internal Brand and Marketing team and agencies to develop new video concepts and improve existing concepts.

• Always searching for incredible stories from our customers, partners, influencers and the Superb team.

Qualifications:

• You have a passion and dedication for your work.

• You have an excellent eye for visual aesthetics.

• You master the art of project and time management. 

• You’re a self-starter and team player.

• Project manager skills: Some larger productions might require you to team up with a few freelancers.

• Expert in one or more of the current editing tools ie. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects etc.
