We are looking for a Danish speaking Happiness Hero to join our team in Copenhagen to bring happy faces to the wonderful people throughout Denmark
Responsibilities:
Responsible for communication with our members through social media, phone, email, and chat
Assist in the development of new and creatives initiatives to better build member relationships
Answer member questions regarding member accounts, order details, cancellations, products and general Goodiebox inquiries
Be proactive in member communication to provide the best service needed
Ensure system requests are done swiftly and with accuracy
Daily contact with our warehouse about mistakes and make sure these will be fixed.
Daily contact with our technical team about technical issues/improvements
Assist in reporting in collaboration with the Happiness Team Lead
Requirements:
You live in Copenhagen
Native Danish speaker
You are studying for or have completed a Bachelor degree
You maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our members
Extraordinary understanding for creating “wow” for our members
A deeply rooted desire to provide the worlds best customer service
Good experience with customer service, but ready to be challenged on everything you have learned before
Lots of energy, drive - even in busy periods
Good adaptability and ready to acquire new knowledge
Proactive & detail oriented
