Rokoko is a rapidly growing tech startup providing motion capture and animation tools motion for the global entertainment industry. Our customers are top-tier game, film, AR/VR and VFX companies, as well as thousands of indie-developers. We're looking to add a highly motivated Product Specialist to support and develop our growth.

You'll quickly become a mocap product expert converting inbound sales leads and contributing significantly to our quarterly revenue goals. As a member of the growth department, within the sales team, you'll be sitting alongside a diverse, ambitious and dynamic team spread between Copenhagen, Athens and San Fransisco.

Responsibilities:

• You'll provide a top-notch customer experience to all inbound leads expressing interest in Rokoko, through email, live-chat, and online calls;

• As an expert of our software and hardware tools, you'll host multiple product demonstrations a day for inbound leads, using the opportunity to qualify and up-sell/cross-sell products when relevant;

• You'll run the full sales cycle and act as a point of contact for customers until they close, and we'll expect you to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements along the way;

• As we release new products, you'll work with the sales team to identify opportunities in existing accounts and take a lead on up-selling to expand the lifetime value of these customers;

• You'll actively use HubSpot, where you'll record interactions, analyse pipelines, and implement sales automation best-practices;

• As part of the overall growth function, you'll support group initiatives and share your insights to help pursue our overall group objectives. (We use OKRs, by the way!)

  
  

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with professional experience building and nurturing relationships and facilitating decision making at all levels;

• You are interested in sales, product evangelism, and preferably have experience in this function;

• A keen, demonstrated interest in animation, game-development, virtual production, or VFX is a plus;

• Strong (fluent) written and spoken English is imperative.
