We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS CMO to join our ambitious team.
We're on a mission to fix the knowledge work. Our product analyzes knowledge work activities identifying inefficiencies from systems, processes, tools, and work practices so companies can optimize their business operations and make work smarter!
We've been developing the product with our early customers for 14 months, and now we're ready to speed things up. We recently raised a Series A from an industry-focused VC fund, including globally recognizable industry advisors.
The CMO would be working in the leadership team to build our brand and marketing from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to impact what Workfellow becomes in the future and how the future of work will be.
We have an office in Finland, but you can also join remotely as our CTO from France. You would be reporting directly to our CEO.
As a young startup building a global company from day 1, there are many things to do to meet our growth targets, and as an experienced CMO, you know what it means, but some items listed here are what we look for.:
Leading, creating, and establishing our brand and marketing operations
Building and leading the marketing team
Set up and implement product-led growth together with the Sales & Product team
Work in the leadership team with the other management to make us category leader in our space
Build an effective B2B SaaS marketing growth engine
Proven experience in setting up and scaling a B2B SaaS company's marketing function from scratch (5+ years)
You have excellent logical skills, and you're structured and metrics-driven.
You have a great brand and business acumen at a global level.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Hands-on, action-oriented attitude, strategic eye, and entrepreneurial mindset

Experience from enterprise segment products would be a significant plus.
