Our team is located in Herlev and includes developers, security specialists, customer success, and sales teams alongside experienced entrepreneurs with experience from well-known Danish and European companies and startups.

Are you our next product owner?

We are looking for a strong Product Owner to manage our product development processes from A-Z, with a solid understanding of how to transform customer needs into an outstanding product solving the pain of our customers.

You'll be the squid between our Customer Success, UX, QA, and Engineering teams, connecting all the dots and making sure our product development keeps moving fast and builds a truly world-class SaaS product. You bring a solid understanding of how to run a product development process including the use of impactful tools and methods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap based on an understanding of user personas, validated ideas, and the product’s strategic goals

  • Translate product roadmap into the product backlog and prioritize it according to the highest value for the end-users

  • Establish and channel an in-depth understanding of user personas, their behavior, pain points, and needs

  • Actively participate in the UX design process to create, test, and validate new ideas

  • Collaborate with the Engineering team and drive cross-functional roadmap execution (create user stories, define product requirements, provide user insights, and more)

  • Communicating with QA, Engineering & Customer Success to ensure bugs are fixed fast

  • Work cross-functionally on product launches, define what success looks like (metrics), monitor performance, impact, and team performance, and iterate quickly when needed

  • Collaborate with the senior management on understanding overall market needs, gathering insights for future prioritization, and sharing in-depth user knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in product owner roles

  • You are incredibly structured and have strong communication skills

  • You are a natural Project Manager and have a good ability at connecting the dots in a fast-paced environment

  • Product and Backlog management experience

  • Solid toolkit of requirements gathering, documenting, user testing, and product validation techniques

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Be fluent in English (Danish is a big + )
