We're looking for the next key hire to join our founding team at Hubb Kitchens. We operate our own virtual brands (available solely through food delivery services - no physical customers), developed by prior Michelin-restaurant chefs, in kitchens designed specifically for high scale, multi-branded production.

We consist of a founding team with skills & experiences from prior food delivery start-ups, Michelin-star restaurants, tech, creative agencies and business development. To head our finances, we are in the search of a driven professional to join us as co-founder of Hubb Kitchens.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Head of Finance

Candidate description

The candidate applying for the Chief Financial Officer role at Hubb Kitchens should be

• Experienced in financial modelling and analysis

• Experienced in analysis and interpretation of operational data

• Extremely passionate about and meticulous with numbers, calculations, and improving business strategy & processes based on quantitative findings

• Eager to join a high-paced, very dynamic start-up environment and ready to commit for the long run

Major responsibilities of HUBB’s CFO will be to:

1. Structure, manage, and automate Hubb’s finances

2. Ensure optimal cost & revenue structures in order to maximize cash flow and profits

3. Performing business analyst tasks such as market sizing & research, pricing strategy, and increasing process efficiencies within the business

The CFO will be part of management and work very closely alongside the CEO and Head of Kitchen Operations.

Practical information

• Full-time - start is mid-June / 1st of July

• Full flexibility (at Hubb we’re a start-up strongly believing in no bureaucracy or constraints. You will be fully responsible for your tasks, able to make nearly all decisions without approval, and can structure your work & holidays exactly as you like)
