About the position:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure all of our clients can succeed globally communicating in local languages. The goal is to keep the department running efficiently and profitably, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty & retention, and meet their expectations. Main Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Onboarding of clients into our new platform (LaaS)
kickoff and driving internal onboarding efforts across multiple teams
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Inbound support and build an after-sales relationship with clients
Drive upselling, renewals and minimize churn
Assist in overseeing daily operations in Customer Success ensuring responsiveness and adherence to SLAs
Help develop and drive structural and strategic changes in the Customer Success department
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Skills that make you a good fit for this role:
Proven working experience as a Customer Success Manager or Sales Manager
Strong client-facing and superb communication skills
Working knowledge of customer success software, databases and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically
You are a team player who wants not only yourself but the team to succeed
Proactive mindset - you are continuously looking for new opportunities and challenges
You must be a great multitasker who can juggle more than just a few balls simultaneously
Excellent command of English. Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage
