We're looking for a top talented student to lead our expansion into Sweden. You'll be responsible for recruiting and leading a commercial team of Account Managers and Customer Succes Assistants. You will be the driving force behind making Temply the go-to digital platform for temp work in Sweden. You will be joining us from the very beginning and will be growing the market for years to come.

Tasks & Responsibilities
A big part of your job is ensuring that your team is performing, but you're also expected to get your hands dirty and lead from the ground. Here are some of the main things you'll be doing:
Initial research on the Swedish market
Take part in setting up Temply in Sweden (bank, licenses, legal etc.)
Recruiting/retaining/developing your team.
Choosing and communicating the direction for your team.
On-boarding big accounts (B2B sales).
Ensuring that big accounts are satisfied (customer care).
Ensuring that our supply-side (workers) matches our demand-side (employers).
Setting up local partnerships.
Who we're looking for
You need to have certain skills (required), but there are also non-required skills that will benefit your application (plus).
Required: Native Swedish language skills.
Required: Top student (Bachelor's or Master's).
Required: Plans to stay in Denmark for min. 2 years.
Plus: Sales experience.
