We are now looking for an outstanding commercial officer to join our founder team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the company and. You’ll be driving the adoption of our tools in companies onboarded as pilot customers, manage the key accounts and maintain long-term strategic relationships. We have spent the past year interviewing customers and testing with users, and we are ready to launch to the world.

Play a key role in defining divefm’s go-to-market strategy and medium-term focus areas to meet the needs of our pilot consumers and early users.
You will assess the global landscape, looking at both the present day and future developments and understand the impact of social audio & podcasting on internal communication.
You will drive and explore new opportunities and innovation in the emerging ecosystem of podcasting & social audio for consumers
You will lead and execute on specific strategic initiatives, working closely with commercial, product and engineering teams.
You will evangelise internal podcasting as a communication tool internally and externally to all key partners and help to build and lead a communications plan to help build divefm’s reputation as a market leader in internal podcasting.
You are commercially minded with substantial experience in strategy development and execution in an enterprise or scaleup company, with a track record in deriving impactful and relevant insights.
You have previous exposure to managing communications, human resources or creating content for internal or external purposes.
You have deep knowledge of knowledge management practices, culture development and organisational processes.
You are skilled at leading and executing projects, a proactive attitude and you can get things done. Resilience will be a key quality in navigating in a larger organisation where you are not always in direct contact with the key decision-maker
You have a strong background of interacting collaboratively with colleagues in tech and product domains as well as with other successful danish startup companies
You have a highly analytical and data-driven approach to decision making, extremely rigorous when it comes to numbers and can easily prioritise and focus
Most importantly, you are an experienced strategic storyteller with a track record in developing compelling narratives for a diverse range of audiences.

We ask that our team members be available for others at least 50% of their workday, but otherwise, asynchronous work is allowed
You will be our equal. We've kept s significant chunk of shares for you and now that we are getting closer to launching we are ready to welcome a new member to the founder family.
We're raising a pre-seed round from a position of strength next year, but before that and before we launch and onboard customers, we are all working unpaid so we expect you to have some savings set aside and to gradually move from part-time to full-time.
