For our head office in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Head of Hardware to manage the hardware products in the company, ensuring high quality and overseeing cooperation with outside stakeholders and work closely with other senior management members with strategic planning and engineering decisions

You will become part of a dynamic team and work closely with those responsible for product development, marketing and sales.  

Your primary activities:

• Run the hardware side of one of the most important product projects in Harbas history from concept to mass production. IOT power metering device.

• Provide technical review on all aspects of electronics development to ensure high product quality.

• Manage product development of upcoming new hardware products.

• Work closely with Product Management, Scrum Master, Sales and Customers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value gain.

• Development of the hardware strategy in-line with the business objectives

• Assist installers and engineers hands on when required.

• Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage customer expectations.

You:

• Experience running hardware projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or a related field

• Knowledge of Agile process and principles

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Extensive knowledge about hardware product development

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge within the fields of production and supply chain

• Attention to detail

• Dedicated to learning and growing

• Ambition to become the best Head of Hardware Engineering in the world and build the best product in the world inside the boating industry
