We're looking for the next key hire to join our founding team at Hubb Kitchens. We operate our own virtual brands (available solely through food delivery services - no physical customers), developed by prior Michelin-restaurant chefs, in kitchens designed specifically for high scale, multi-branded production.
We consist of a founding team with skills & experiences from prior food delivery start-ups, Michelin-star restaurants, tech, creative agencies and business development. To head our marketing efforts, we are in the search of a marketing professional to join us as co-founder of Hubb Kitchens.
JOB DESCRIPTION – CMO / DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING @ HUBB
Candidate description
The candidate for the Chief Marketing Officer role at HUBB should be:
Extremely customer centric, creative, & brand focused
Quantitative, data-driven, and performance oriented
Experienced throughout all aspects of marketing, with extensive experience in digital / online marketing (able to run FB / IG ads, conduct A/B splittesting, drive traffic, measure brand performance on social media)
Entrepreneurial and driven
Eager to commit to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a start-up journey
Major responsibilities of HUBB’s CMO will be to:
1) Lead the creation, development and execution of HUBB's marketing and brand strategy
2) Drive sales performance through marketing campaigns and intiatives
3) Targetting, benchmarking, and measuring HUBB's KPI's and other performance indicators
HUBB’s CMO will be part of management as co-founder, and will lead the growth of the marketing team throughout HUBB's journey. HUBB's CMO will work closely with our Creative Director, responsible for brand designs, content, and graphics production, and the CEO for management.
Primary job tasks include:
Developing a monthly & quarterly marketing strategy
Setting benchmarks and goals for the marketing team
Setting up all HUBB digital channels and being primary responsible for the execution on each channel
Working with the Creative Director to develop our content strategy
Working with the Creative Director to develop and execute on advertisements
Running all paid advertisements on various channels (FB, IG, Google AdWords, Youtube)
Locating HUBB's prefered target audience through analytics, split-tests, sales data
Setting up target & look-a-like audiences, running re-targeting based on campaign performances
Developing initiatives to drive sales, retention, customer satisfaction and brand awareness

Trial period of 3 months with 14 days termination notice
