At Famly, we’re looking for a part-time (10-20 hours a week) Marketing Assistant for our Marketing and Growth team. You’ll assist us in various projects from website maintenance to newsletter sendouts, and you’ll also play a role in creating internal presentations, social media content and the like.

Famly is on a mission to completely transform the childcare industry. Yeah - we know! It's certainly not fintech, but we do work in an industry where our work has a very real chance to ease stress, and save time for those who nurture and educate children. It's also a real chance to have a positive effect on the lives of children themselves.

We’ve been shaking up the childcare software industry for about 7 years.  Now, hundreds of thousands of parents and staff in the UK, US, Germany, Denmark, and Norway use Famly every single day.

What you will be doing:

• Weekly content uploads to the website and set up of newsletters.

• Creating social media content based on templates from our designers.

• Assist with ongoing website updates of famly.co - no coding required ;)

• Online research to support campaigns and tasks. 

• Small scale data analysis.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience with Photoshop or similar.

• Know your way around spreadsheets.

• Speak and write English on a professional level. 

• Have a creative mindset and want to work in a creative environment.

• Are not afraid to jump head first into new things even though you might not be familiar with them yet.

Who will you be working with?

We're a mixed bunch in the Marketing and Growth team at Famly, and we're looking forward to having you join as well. 

Ditte is the captain of the ship, she spends her time keeping all of our projects on track, meticulously removing obstacles and barriers to make sure we can all do what we do best. Jean is the engineer in the team, making all our ideas in the team come to life. Matt, Aaron, Bronagh and Julia make up the content and copywriting part of the team that makes sure the whole world knows about Famly and how to use it. Marcus works on various and diverse campaign projects while ensuring all team members have access to valuable data. Toni, Zuzanna, Manuel and Tove form our Production and Design team, where they constantly spit out beautifully made productions while ensuring the rest of the team's work is spick and span.

Famly is built on transparency, less talk - more action, and making sure the person sitting next to you is the one shining, rather than yourself. We care about each other and the work we do, and are a close-knit team of around 60 people from 17 different countries, all sitting in our central Copenhagen office just off Strøget.
