As we are growing fast, we're looking for an experienced B2B Partnerships Manager who is passionate about sourcing, growing and capitalising on new and existing B2B partnerships within LifeX. You will have the opportunity to revamp our B2B strategy from the ground up with the purpose of turning it into one of LifeX’s core acquisition channels of new members. If proven successful, you will have the opportunity to grow your own team and diversify into a variety of offerings such as corporate housing.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Sahil Deva at LifeX and have full ownership of your field. You will be involved in launching our B2B partnerships strategy, prospecting for new opportunities through direct outreach as well as activating and managing current and new accounts. You will be expected to have experience within B2B sales and account management and understand the core concepts of customer success management for enterprise level clients.
You have successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
You have been a part of designing and implementing a strategic business plan that focuses on sourcing new and growing current accounts.
You’re adept at building strong, long-lasting customer relationships and are passionate about delivering a great experience for your accounts as well as acting as their lead point of contact.
You’re able to work on a strategic and executional level, and switch between both seamlessly.

3 - 4 years of sales and account management experience or related customer focused roles
Core understanding of sales and account management processes
Experience with working on accounts on a global scale
Experience in customer success management
Experience working with CRMs (we use HubSpot)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience within the HR/Talent Acquisition industry is a plus
Having lived in multiple countries is a plus
