Chamberlain Coffee is a rapidly growing online coffee business based in Los Angeles. Chamberlain Coffee is founded by YouTube star Emma Chamberlain and is focused on delivering high-quality coffee with a focus on sustainability when sourcing and roasting coffee beans.

Chamberlain Coffee is growing at a fast pace and is currently expanding to European markets such as UK, Germany, and the Nordics. Hence, we are looking for an ambitious and German-speaking EU Country Manager with a passion for e-commerce who is interested in campaign development, performance marketing, SEO scaling the company as well as running business development projects.

Responsibilities:   

This position is an opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast-growing company. As our new team member, you will be working closely with the rest of the team and contributing with expert knowledge within e-commerce and digital marketing. As an EU Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our EU, UK, and DE online stores as well as developing and carrying out digital marketing strategies.

Furthermore, you will be working from our Copenhagen office that we share with other ambitious and fast-growing start-ups providing a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment as well as an excellent platform for personal development and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications: 

· 3+ years of experience with e-commerce from e-commerce companies or agencies

· Strong knowledge of Shopify, performance marketing, SEO, and other areas relevant to e-commerce

· A collaborative thinker who excels in teams while also being independent and self-driven

· Strategic skills in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for EU markets

· Creative and entrepreneurial spirit

· Fluent in German
