Operational Risk Manager with The Many

As a young Fintech company there is still ample room to improve our operational risk management framework to ensure it supports our business in the most sound and efficient way. You will be in an environment where the distance from thought to execution is short and you can make you mark; where the best ideas win and you have plenty of opportunity to continue to grow.

The job

We are looking for a risk manager to help strengthen our operational risk management practices. Ideally you will take a leading role in:

• maintaining our operational risk framework and ensuring it is well implemented,

• maintaining our frameworks for managing IT and outsourcing risks and ensuring they are well implemented, and

• ensuring a structured process for follow-up for risk events.

You

You have some years of financial sector experience in managing operational risks after you finished your master’s degree. You love to see your ideas grow, are structured in your ways of working and willing to speak up even when it’s difficult.

As a person you are a self-starter, find it natural to take ownership and always strive to improve. You work independently but knows that collaboration bring the best results. You must have a holistic view on problems, but at the same time have a keen sense for detail.
