You will work with professionals in different industries – primarily the retail and hospitality segments in Germany – who are ready to optimise their operations, with your guidance. 

We are on an exciting and adventurous journey with growth in our international Customer Experience team, currently consisting of 10 people. Our team has a strong sense of urgency, a focus on knowledge sharing, and a passion for helping our customers. We want our customers to succeed!

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of support to our German customers and drive trustworthy customer support through patience and high professionalism. 

Our Customer Support team embodies all of tamigo’s values and strives to deliver an exceptional experience using tamigo’s solution, while ensuring the process is personable. We react and adjust quickly to changing conditions. Working with our customers requires us to be confident, organized and quality-focused. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding and highly detailed product support to customers through various channels in German and English 

  • Ensure a high level of ongoing satisfaction among our current customers  

  • Actively educate and empower our customers to become better tamigo users 

  • Become an important internal knowledge resource as a product expert through optimal use of tamigo.

  • Participate in, and support optimisation initiatives for the solution, internal processes and workflows 

  • Be a driving force in translating and supporting our self-service content and new product functionality in German 

  • Deliver business and technical value for customers, supported and measured by relevant KPIs 

Requirements:

  • You speak and write on a native level in German and English on a professional level

  • Experience in working within customer support and knowledge of what makes a customer experience great – preferably in the German Market

  • Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to be formal with customers

  • Experience in technical support, preferably with experience in SaaS and/or Cloud solutions 

  • Relevant university degree
