Your Role & Responsibility

As Learningbank’s new Sales Operation Manager you will manage the KPI driven everyday life in sales and will be the connection between Marketing and Sales. You love to dig into numbers, processes and sales opportunities, to help salespeople improve their win rates, and optimize workflows.

Your work will include:

• Optimising our Salesforce CRM

• Build Sales cadences or plays, including mail templates and call scripts.

• Create and follow-up on campaigns and lead distribution

• Dashboard and reports

• Analysis on e.g., lost reasons, sales funnel, forecasting.

• Sales opportunity optimising and feedback to sales people

We expect that you have worked with optimizing CRM processes before. If you have experience in working and programming Salesforce CRM, it is a great advantage.

Personal and professional competences

You are a peoples person, strong in communication and feel comfortable giving advice and feedback. Your background is preferably split between sales and operations, so you know how to focus on pains and needs in a sales opportunity along with optimizing the processes around sales.

The Workplace is in Copenhagen, and daily presence in the office is key. As this position is the first of its kind at Learningbank, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the role and also to build on your prior experiences.

Language skills:

• One or more Nordic languages

• English fluently

• German would be a bonus, not a requirement

Tech & SaaS skills:

• Experienced from and in SaaS businesses

• Proven track record

• Great CRM knowledge – preferable working with Salesforce CRM

• Experience in creating sales play / cadences for both inbound and outbound

We love software and work with a lot of great tools as Hubspot, Plecto, Pandadoc etc. If you are familiar with them it is a plus.
