 The Role

The learning market is growing fast and companies are looking for learning solutions to attract, onboard, upskill and train employees like never before. Learningbank´s solution has great traction within mid-size and enterprise companies and as a part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate solution sales executive to join our great diverse and passionate team. Your primary responsibility will be to engages mid-size and large customers and grow our customer base within the Nordics.

  • Initiate and grow business relationships with midsize and enterprise customers.

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline and close complex deals to meet or exceed sales quota.

  • Filling your funnel through a process of engaging, both cold prospects and inbound leads, qualifying real business pains and objectives, presenting our solution and closing the deal.

  • Effectively deliver Learningbank’s value proposition in the context of the customer and present our solution.

  • Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization.

  • Use our internal tools and secure Salesforce CRM is always updated.

  • Accurate forecasting and reporting of progress.

The Qualities

We are seeking a person who can work within Midsize and Enterprise accounts, but understands that a cooperation with a large company usually starts with a smaller use case (We work with our business model, Land-Adopt-Expand). We are looking for Solution Sales Executives who have dealt with large companies and understand the complexity of selling into large business organizations. You must have a minimum of 3 to 7 years software selling experience in this area, preferably with SaaS products.

  • Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a SaaS company.

  • Strong sales skills including cold-calling, digital prospecting, creating compelling business solutions, and negotiation. Completely comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision makers/champions/advisors for our solutions.

  • Great Communications skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and our business.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and work in complex selling situations.

  • Strong presentation skills, ability to “read and handle the room” while selling.

  • Naturally self-driven, results oriented and able to work as part of a team.

  • Strong learning skills. You should be able to quickly come up to speed on the digital learning marketplace, how we fit into that space and how we deliver value to our Customers.

  • Speaks one or more native Nordic languages and English fluently. German would be a bonus, not a requirement.
