Hi. We’re True Gum. We produce plastic-free and vegan chewing gum. We want to revolutionize the chewing gum industry by offering the world’s most sustainable chewing gum, fighting both plastic waste and climate change. Founded in 2017, True Gum is today sold in more than 14 European countries. To cut through the clutter and inspire more people to choose a more sustainable choice we need an exceptional individual who sees stories where others don’t. The person will play a vital role in shaping one of the fastest growing consumer brands and completely re-imagine how a chewing gum brand connect with its audience.

Your role

Are you a great visual storyteller, who is passionately dissatisfied where the world and the climate is heading? Can you tell a story no matter if you have 5 seconds or 30 minutes? Then you’re the missing piece in our puzzle to build and accelerate True Gum’s ability to inspire, educate and entertain. Working closely with our creative marketeers we envision you’re either full-time or a permanent freelancer also working with your own clients. No matter our arrangement the key tasks are:

• Create branded, attention-grabbing video content for our digital and social channels

• Play an active part in marketing campaigns across our key markets (responsible for video, photography and whatever is needed in this regard

• Responsible for creating content with powerful sustainable messaging

• Take a proactive role within our marketing team, constantly thinking video into campaigns and other strategic marketing activities

Your profile

Video is your thing, and few people love video more than you. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a positive ‘can-do’ mentality and enjoy taking initiative. The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience with creating high-quality video content (photo/animation is a plus). 

• A clear talent for content production, including ideation, production and post-production.

• Great skills within necessary software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X or similar).

• Strong attention to detail, and works thoroughly to ensure consistent high-quality work.

• A passion for developing your craft and proactively seek ways to do so.

• Strong opinions, loosely held.

• A deep passion for sustainability and naturally thinks this topic into all projects.

• Permanent freelancers with own client portfolio are welcome to apply.
