We are looking for an experienced, technically minded, Product Lead with a self-starter attitude to help us build disruptive software solutions to match and compliment our industry-leading consultancy services, and disrupt current outmoded campaign development processes of the industry.

You will lead the project and product development process, managing work-flow and working with all the relevant stakeholders, initially internally at Mano, to wire-frame principles, components and features of our current end-to-end model, and build an operational MPV, ready for proof of concept. You will ultimately be responsible for building the product roadmap, and getting us from MVP to a final product we can take to market in Q1 2022. 


To be a bit more bold, this is what you will be doing:

  • Plan and lead the project and product development process

  • Be responsible for breaking down the components of the Mano Orchestration Model

  • Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

  • Building the prototype for the Orchestration Model

  • Run product discovery with a high degree of stakeholder and end-user involvement


Hard skills needed: 

  • Experience with software product development 

  • Experience with product leadership/development within a SaaS business

  • Project management capabilities to define and meet milestones

  • Capability to execute and build basic prototypes for product (coding not required)

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of UX/UI processes, and wire-framing


If you have experience with this it is awesome, but not required:

  • Marketing and advertising practices

  • Experience with marketing or business automation (RPA)

  • Experience with standard tools for building basic software applications i.e. Zapier, MS Power Platform, Logic App Designer, Google App Sheet.

  • Writing code

  • Wire-framing user experiences
