As Senior Project Manager with direct reporting to our Co-founder & Chief Footprint Officer, you will be responsible for leading complex projects spanning across multiple business areas including sustainability, packaging, production, and operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage our portfolio of complex projects that span multiple business areas
Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the projects
Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, budget, quality and timeline
Procure and allocate adequate resources including hiring the right team members to achieve project objectives in planned timelines
Work creatively and analytically with problem-solving and demonstrate teamwork, innovation and excellence
Qualifications:
3+ years of management consulting experience, including planning and tracking projects
Experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a plus, but not a requirement
A project management certification - PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or similar - is a plus, but not a requirement
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
Strong experience in successfully leading projects on time, on schedule, and within budget
Strong experience leading, motivating, and managing various projects, including internal and external resources
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Experience negotiating vendor contracts
Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from management, team members, stakeholders, and peers
Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
Proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities
