At Monta, we are developing the charging solution of the future for electric vehicles!


Are you motivated by working in a startup moving with the speed of light?

And do you want to build up our HR / People & Culture.


The role and tasks

  • You are starting from scratch, only a salary system is setup

  • Pick and setup HR system

  • Define & coordinate on-boarding / off-boarding etc

  • Run the recruitment processes together with managers, we are adding 25-30 next 6 months

  • Manage our scale up process in terms of employees while keeping a great company culture

  • You will be a non basis person which employees can turn to when certain issues arise

  • Use strategic tools and ideas for creating a great company culture that blends, large company organisation with a start up openness 

  • Help management better understand their employees and deal with any conflict that may arise


Your profile

You have experience from startups, where you worked with HR / People & culture or similar

You can speak English fluently both verbally and written and are used to answering inquiries.

You thrive at a high pace and are motivated by the fact that we place the train tracks while we ride on them.
