We are 14,000 bicycles large in 60 towns across Europe, small and large, having served +1 million customers - we call them Riders. Our aim is to bring convenient and affordable bike share to all cities around the world, and increase the use of bikes in the cities.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and people. You will be a 1 person powerhouse of team and culture with a lot of freedom of choosing how this role transforms.
We expect to double the number of team members this year and as the Head of Team and Culture you will play a large role in this. You will get involved with everything about recruitment, promotions, help mature our company and make sure our culture remains attractive to people who thrive with a high level of responsibility.

Be fluent in English
Have worked with HR and recruitment for minimum of 3 years
Understand the Danish work laws, a plus if you know work laws for other countries
Experience with salary negotiations
Be able to deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time
Be a team player, coordinating input from many stakeholders in the company
Great if you've previously worked with a scale-up, where team has grown fast
Great if you have experience with geographically distributed teams
Your role
Help hiring managers in the recruitment process, from A-Z
Coordinate all onboarding activities
Manage our scale up process in terms of employees while keeping a great company culture
You will be a non basis person which employees can turn to when certain issues arise
Handle all talent management activities such as training, development and more
Use strategic tools and ideas for creating a great company culture that blends, large company organization with a start up openness
Help management better understand their employees and deal with any conflict that may arise
