We are looking for a tech recruiter who loves to source, screen and find the best candidates for our product organization in our Copenhagen office - this entails assisting us in finding the top talent in UI/UX, Product Ownership and Software Engineering. We expect you to network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals both short and long term. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Tell our story and help build a great employer brand

Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities via our HR tool, Emply
Identify and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
About you 🤞🏽
You have min. 2 years of tech recruiter experience in fast paced international scaleups
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
An understanding of the best modern recruiting tools
An ROI mindset, to track the impact of initiatives and adjust based on data
You will be part of an international scaleup with 27 different nationalities and just short of 200 amazing employees.
